NOTE:
Students will need to know their 7-digit Cougar/Student ID number when coming to take
exams. This can be found on student's schedule accessed through CougarWeb or on their
Cougar ID card.
Everyone is required to present valid photo identification when reporting to the Center. If an individual does not have identification, an exam will not be administered. (Valid identification state is an Ohio state diver's license, Ohio state identification card, and/or CSCC Cougar student identification card.)
Testing is available for students that are enrolled in the Distance Learning courses
and/or who are enrolled in courses at the Dublin, Westerville and Gahanna off campus
centers.
*Developmental Education students must have the appropriate approval from their instructor
(i.e. green slip) for re-take tests. Exams will not be administered one hour prior to closing. Photo identification is
required when picking up or taking an exam.
SERVICES
Classroom Make-ups
Exams are to be submitted by faculty to the Dublin, Westerville and Gahanna centers
for their students who are enrolled in courses taught at these off campus sites. Classroom
Make-ups are for students that miss classroom exams due to third party documental
situations/crisis's. Faculty must complete an Classroom Makeup Test Administration request form; these forms can be picked up at the site, on the Columbus campus in the Testing
Center (AQ 002) and/or downloaded from the web.
Distance Learning
When faculty submit their exams to the Testing Center they must specify whether they
grant permission or not for exams to be sent to the Dublin, Westerville and Gahanna
centers. Copies of the exams will be sent to the centers once the instructor's approval
is obtained. Instructors may also request exams to be sent upon their student's request.

Developmental Education
Developmental Education traditional classroom (math) students may take their retake tests at the Dublin, Westerville and Gahanna centers.
They must have a green slip from the instructor to retake an exam.
COMPASS/ESL
In order to take the COMPASS/ESL Placement test you must have applied and been issued
a cougar identification number.
TO COMPLETE ESL TESTING, STUDENTS MUST REPORT TO EITHER THE COLUMBUS OR DELAWARE CAMPUS. COMPASS/ESL Placement Testing will not be administered two hours prior to closing and testing must be finished by closing time. A photo ID is required for testing.
