NOTE:Students will need to know their 7 digit Cougar/Student ID number when coming to take exams. This can be found on a student's schedule accessed through CougarWeb or on their Cougar ID card.
Everyone is required to present valid photo identification when reporting to the Center. If an individual does not have valid identification, an exam will not be administered. The name on the student's ID must match the name in the CSCC system. (Valid identification is a state driver's license, state identification card, and/or CSCC Cougar student identification card.)
"It is Columbus State policy to provide reasonable accommodations to students with documented disabilities." If you would like to request the appropriate and approved testing accommodations because of a physical, mental or learning disability, please contact the Disability Services Department, located in Eibling Hall Room 101, or call 287-2570.
