Columbus State Community College, in accordance with the FERPA Act of 1974, has designated the following categories of information about students as public information:
Request to Withhold Personal Information from Directory
- Name
- Address(es) (home)
- Telephone (home)
- Program/Technology
- Participation in officially recognized activities and sports
- Weight and height of members of athletic teams
- Inclusive dates of enrollment
- Degrees and awards received (to include Dean's List and Academic Honors List.
- Most recent previous educational agency or institution attended
You may have this information withheld by completing the Request for Directory Information to be Withheld form. This form is to be presented, by the student, with a photo ID to the Registration Windows.
