Residency Status for In-State Tuition Purposes

If a student is designated as an out-of-state resident, he or she may qualify for in-state residency by meeting certain qualifications. The process to determine in-state residency for tuition purposes is very detailed and lengthy. The Residency Application must be completed, Required Documentation submitted and residency determination approved prior to the first day of the academic term for which the student desires reclassification to be effective.

The deadlines to apply for in-state residency are:

Summer Quarter 2012 June 18, 2012
Autumn Semester 2012 August 29, 2012
Spring Semester 2013 January 14, 2013
Summer Semester 2013
