The Columbus State Bookstore is owned, operated and staffed by Columbus State, so shopping here helps your college and your community!

The store is located on the Columbus Campus in the Discovery Exchange (DX) building at the corner of Cleveland Ave. & Mt. Vernon Avenue.

Core Cougar Supplies

The Bookstore carries a variety of supplies including required lab goggles, parking permit holders, calculators, planners, software, and much more. Stop by the store today to see the wide selection of products.

Calculators

The CS Bookstore offers a daily calculator buyback. Calculators must be in good working condition. The following models qualify for buyback:

TI-84 calculator $50
TI30XS Multiview calculator $8

The Bookstore then offers these used calculators at a low retail price to save students money. Limited supplies available.

Cougar Rewards

Sign up for the CS Bookstore's "frequent buyer" program, Cougar Rewards, and receive a $5 gift certificate for every $50 you spend in the Bookstore. The Cougar Rewards certificate may be redeemed for any item in the store (even textbooks). Ask for a registration form at the cash register. Program excludes: textbooks, calculators, software, stamps, and money orders.

Discounted Software

The Columbus State Bookstore Bookstore offers academic versions of popular software titles, which saves students money:

Microsoft Office Professional 2010 Academic Version for $99.99 (up to 3 installations for 1 end user), price applies to any student enrolled at a college or university with a current school ID, in-store purchase or online. Check out our extended in-store product line.

Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Student Licensed version bundles up to 80% off retail price can by purchased by any student enrolled at Columbus State with current school ID, in-store or online purchase.

Please note: academic and student licensed software is intended for educational purposes only and may require online verification of student status to activate license.

Textbook Buyback

The CS Bookstore offers a daily textbook buyback program, and the main buyback during finals week each term. We pay approximately 50% of the current retail price if the following conditions are met:

The textbook is in good condition (all pages must be intact and turn easily, covers and spine must be intact, all components must be included such as CDs, and no water damage).
The textbook must be ordered by the academic department for the upcoming quarter (Please note: The Bookstore does not make adoption decisions but abides by the decisions of each academic department.)
The book is not overstocked.
