Lured by the aroma of grilling onions, bratwurst and lamb wafting through the air? Then the Skyward Grille food carts provide another great eating option! Coupled with convenient hours of operation (between the hours of 11:00am and 5:00pm), Skyward Grille provides fresh food, fast service and healthy salad options.
Located in the courtyard, near the Columbus statue and on the walkway between Aquinas Hall and Eibling, Skyward Grille provides onsite grille carts staffed with professional grille cooks that serve made to order sandwiches and salads. Optional extras of a side dish, chips or beverage may be purchased, while various toppings, dressings and condiments are free.
Skyward Grille sandwiches and salads are served hot off the grille, and customized to suit individual tastes. Custom toppings include shredded cheese, mushrooms, grilled onions and peppers, banana peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, their special gyro sauce, various dressings and condiments. Any sandwich can be converted to a large salad topped with either hot grilled chicken, Philly Steak, Italian or Polish sausage.
