Employee Development Opportunities through Workforce Development
As you are planning development opportunities for this performance year please keep
in mind that courses through the Center for Workforce Development are available to
employees participating in PERFORMs at no cost to the department or to employees.
Employees will be able to access courses in the 21st Century Skills catalogue of courses. All courses must be approved by the supervisor and be identified
as part of the Development Goal(s) on the PERFORMs Planning Guide. To register, complete
