Consulting and Customized Services

The Human Capacity Development team provides consulting and customized services to help individuals and teams leverage their strengths and improve their effectiveness.  In addition to individual coaching, HCD provides facilitation of teambuilding retreats which are customized to meet the specific needs of your team.  Typical results include better communication, collaboration, and role clarification along with a specific action plan for ongoing team development and continuous quality improvement (CQI).
