Human Capacity Development

Student success – that’s why we exist.  The Human Capacity Development team is here to help Columbus State Community College employees achieve this goal.  How do we do that?  We provide learning and development opportunities that are designed to support employees as they grow personally and professionally. Our primary purpose is to improve individual, team, and organizational effectiveness which, in turn, positively impacts student success.
