More than 400 people were on hand as Columbus State Community College President Val Moeller officially opened the new Delaware Campus. The main building was named in her honor by the Board of Trustees. Eric Fingerhut, Chancellor of the Ohio Board of Regents, was among the attendees who helped cut the ribbon.
