AQIP Action Projects
Active Action Projects
For the 2011-2012 academic year the Columbus State community chose to extend work on two existing projects - Helping Undecided Students and S2S - Switch to Semesters. Undecided Students is piloting a Phase III study of "intrusive counseling" on a small cohort of students, while S2S has been a college model in its use of project management structure, reassignment of faculty and staff time, and allocation of budgetary resources.
The third action project is The Master Plan. This long range project will outline strategic priorities and detail how college resources can be used most effectively.
